I have been going to the pharmacy for a long time for prescriptions and medications and they have always been professional and very kind. Today for the first time I took a quick swab with them and I can only say positive things. Kind, professional, the Doctor has a very delicate touch when carrying out a swab which must necessarily be "well done". Few people in the queue, you move according to the booking time. The report arrives via email (therefore easier for less technological people). In about half an hour I received the result and then the communication of the green pass to download both on the Io app and via message from the Piedmont Region. This has been my experience. It's a chaotic moment where pharmacies and diagnostic centers are under attack (for obvious reasons) it takes patience from everyone and perceiving the smile under the operator's mask helps adults and children alike Good work Maura

I was looking for 2 available places to perform a quick swab on Monday, on Friday morning I went to the pharmacy, it's the local one. I found a place and they didn't ask me for any advance payment. On the day of the swab, performed on time, I received the result 20 minutes later via email and the green pass within a few hours. Perfect!!!

Really kind and professional staff, took a swab with my daughter and she was very nervous, she was afraid of the test. They were able to reassure her, with patience and in her own time.

Terrible swab management. 1 hour to analyze it and 1 hour to send the result even when no one is there. Average time of 4 hours to receive the green pass QR Code. Delays justified by blaming the platform when now it only happens more on them. More than 30-40 swabs carried out in the last few months and only from them have such problems occurred. Line of people complaining about being late to work because of this pharmacy. Never again
