The owner, who also seems like a gentle and helpful person, is actually very rude and presents himself as such if he has to provide you with a free service. I called only once to find out if they had the masks provided by the region, a service that they MUST provide and he told me I immediately replied annoyed that he didn't have them, that it was always the same question etc. I got angry too and while I was still talking he hung up the phone. I called back immediately and had his buddy, the thin doctor from the south, answer whose name I don't remember, who laughed and immediately hung up on me. Unfortunately for them, I am a long-standing customer who leaves us half a salary every month, but they didn't recognize me on the phone... I will never set foot there again and I will also report this around treatment immediately. If you don't make money, refuse the service and hang up the phone on Governor Rossi! Nice professionalism, congratulations! The owner can still learn how to behave from the pharmacists, all very polite and respectful of customers regardless of how much they spend
