Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience there.... twice in the last week. First time was when the pharmacist told me incorrect information about the validity of a prescription and refused to provide the medication requested. I knew they were incorrect, and confirmed it with my family doctor (who was not impressed) and then obtained the medication from an alternative pharmacy without any problems. The second time was when I wanted to book a hospital appointment that was urgent. I went to the pharmacy on Sunday and it was completely empty - as I arrived the only other customer was just leaving. There were two desks open, no-one else in the shop but we were told that we couldn't perform a search for an appointment. Yes, I can understand that it could possibly take a little longer, but with another member of staff their and no-one else waiting I really don't think that it would have been too much to have checked for the appointment. A consultation with a patient could also take a long time, but apparently that would be okay. Unfortunately, I will not be using this pharmacy again due to incompetence, and an unwillingness to help.

Shocking!! 40 minutes in line and it's not the first time. There will also be attractive offers but unfortunately time is also precious... too slow and only two counters to serve.

Really bad. Dismissive and rude staff. The last time I had the misfortune of arriving there, at 9pm sharp, for heaven's sake, I saw the doors closed in my face and then heard from the other side "not today, not eh!"... I would like to point out that if I arrive at 9pm it's not because I like bothering people who work, but just because I had an emergency with my 5 day old son and this was the closest pharmacy! In any case, just reply indicating the nearest 24-hour pharmacy! But rudeness reigns supreme!
