Professionalism and kindness, but above all availability, a rare quality to find in a very busy pharmacy like this one. I live practically opposite another pharmacy, but I need them there even though it is not very close for the reasons listed above. Very good.
I have always had a good experience, Dr. Lupoli is truly an excellent professional. But since there has been some change in the staff I find much less welcome and kindness. Yesterday, specifically, a very rude response.
Arrived at the afternoon opening, welcomed by a gentleman in Bermuda (apparently the owner) who with ill-concealed desire provided me with the requested and when asked about the opportunity to opt to have it prescribed by the NHS, he treated me like someone who had been begging. But I understand them, they are not entrepreneurs, they are "providers on request"
Excellent pharmacy, well maintained and cared for. You are served in real time, with kindness and affability. always ready for excellent advice and suggestions. Extremely reliable and empathetic.
The staff denotes professionalism and great training.....Dr. Lupoli is a leader in the pharmaceutical field....excellent pharmacy....
