Very bad experience. Superficiality and poor customer focus. I needed a swab for hospitalization and I called the day before twice, both times they gave me different times. And when we went they didn't provide the service because there was no operator. I asked if I could request it and have specific times, given that I was with my 80-year-old father and the swab report was urgently needed, but I was given no response or consideration. A gentleman present kindly suggested that we go to another pharmacy, more organized and definitely more experienced in this type of service. We solved it there, luckily. I will never go to LoBianco Pharmacy again.

Pago con carta e mi consegnano il prodotto. Chiedo una busta e mi dicono che la devo pagare separatamente. Non c'è, problema, posso pagare con carta. A quanto pare adesso non va più bene. Tralasciando che io sono lì di domenica pomeriggio perché ho un esigenza seria e ho dimenticato il portafoglio in ospedale, e tralasciando che è illegale rifiutarsi di accettare un pagamento indipendentemente dalla cifra, quanta fame avete per tenervi stretta una busta? La questione non finisce sicuramente qui, ma per adesso era importante segnalare pubblicamente un qualcosa di cui io francamente mi vergognerei oltre ogni misura.

And when I complained that with that sun I risked getting sunstroke, the two operators gave me a rude answer. SHAME. Today I took a swab to verify my recovery, after half an hour they called me that I was positive, but I'm waiting in vain for a PDF response or at least a code to recover the positivity certificate. Nothing at all, not a message, not an email. I test positive for a call, I try to generate the code through the ministry website and it tells me that there is nothing, I have to prolong the illness but in these conditions I am unable to, I don't know how to do it and I don't know if there will be a solution since tomorrow is Sunday.
