For the second time since I know this site I ordered something, and it wasn't available. The first time they had the good sense to call me and proceed with a refund, this time the confirmation email didn't arrive (but on the website it was written that the order has been accepted and confirmed), but I hoped for the best. Today, with no other communication from them, they proceeded with a refund, therefore I understand the product isn't available. Last time I order from them.

The 24 hour pharmacy was closed. No, I don't understand

Delivery in 36-48 working hours, they say. Despite the messages left in the order yesterday and the email sent to the pharmacy (in which I asked to be able to ship today respecting the expected times), as of this afternoon no response and almost 24 hours have already passed and the purchased product is only in the “payment accepted” status. According to the 48 working hours, it should arrive by tomorrow evening but still, as of this afternoon, it hasn't even been sent. Avoid writing what you do not guarantee, and in this case it is not the courier's fault, but yours!

I came across the magnificent beauty center in the pharmacy (Ananda) by chance, even if it isn't well advertised outside, I had a great time. The manager Emanuela is very good and very prepared. One of the best beauty coaches in the Piazza Bologna area. I highly recommend it.
