It is one of the pharmacies in the area, and for me one of the ones I frequent most willingly. It's not so big that you feel lost, but it's well-stocked and, above all, the pharmacists are always ready to give the right advice, supported by great professionalism, and always with kindness and participation. You feel comfortable soliciting answers to your doubts and solutions to your problems.

I am a regular customer, above all due to the courtesy, availability and competence of the staff who are always attentive to customer needs. Even for the covid swab booked on site, speed and efficiency, the utmost attention to cleanliness and hygiene should be underlined. Congratulations to those who manage it with excellent organization.

I went to this pharmacy to take a COI swab. I booked online, the only way to access this service. Monstrous queue, no one to give directions. I get the first indications from the people in line. Obviously wrong directions. Reservations are not respected because once you get there you line up normally and no one asks for the reservation time. First you take the swab and then you pay. This means that you have to queue in two kilometre-long queues, the first to be able to carry out the swab and the second to be able to collect the report and pay at the same time. All this without anyone to explain or the possibility of entering the pharmacy, a secluded place before the negative swab result. The lack of tact of those carrying out the swabs is scandalous. Disconcerting that I had to attend a live "training course" as there was a change of guide at the checkout which extended the queue by a further 20 minutes. Highly not recommended!
