Good service.

I was assured, when booking, that they would give me the fourth dose with the most recent Covid vaccine (BA. 4-5) but this was not the case. Unfortunately I trusted the telephone assurances and did not check the informed consent documentation.

Reference pharmacy for years, a group of competent, fantastic and helpful people. A real pharmacy where you can receive valuable advice, not a drug supermarket. Great!

"Dear" doctor, with reference to your response, I am surprised by your sudden willingness to clarify given that this morning you didn't even give me the opportunity to speak. He could have worked in a thousand ways to favor the customer but, apparently, attention towards the consumer is not your focus nor respect for his rights for which we reserve the right to act in the appropriate places. Good evening Discourtesy and incorrectness I booked some cosmetic products over the phone, the next day I come to pick them up, they give me the envelope... I pay and leave the pharmacy. A few steps further I realize that the bag was wet because a product had opened. I immediately go back and contrary to all my expectations they reply rudely: "It's your word against ours, I'm sorry we can't do anything". Congratulations for the professionalism of the Mazzei pharmacy!!!

For many years it was my pharmacy, I always had a great time, all the pharmacists were kind and helpful, now I have moved and I greet them with affection.
