Went today for the swab. At the moment I think it is the best pharmacy for quick swabs in Verona. The only flaw is the booking, given that others I've been to can be done easily on the site, in this case instead I booked via email and therefore you have to ask for times and everything. They will then send you the instructions via email and you must bring a photocopy of your identity card, health card and signed form. I arrived 10 minutes early and there was no queue and they let me in straight away, the reception is near the gazebos and I must say that they are well organised, with two people in charge of reception/reports and one dedicated only to the swab. I have received swabs that were decidedly more painful than this one, where instead it was rather delicate and also did it quite quickly. They tell you to go around and then return after about 15 minutes to reception again to ask for the result which they will give you. Positive experience for the organization, I hope they add reservations directly from the site because I didn't find them.
I was treated rather rudely by an employee following a misunderstanding on the phone. For me this is not "customer welcoming" at all. I'm not saying that the customer is always right, but in my case a little more courtesy and tact would have been enough to not lose a customer (who also spends a lot in the pharmacy, having three small children). What can I say, I was very disappointed with the service, which is why I changed pharmacy. I'm very sorry, because until this episode I had never had any problems and everyone had always been very kind.
It would also be nice, but I haven't been there for years after, complete with medical history and hospital report 048, they refused to sell a normal drug (ibuprofen). It was enough to take the lowest dosage and take two tablets, but then it turned out that it annoyed them to use the pos only for a few pennies. Making you feel like a beggar, of course.
