I went for an intact product exchange taken in the morning. In the afternoon I ask to have a product exchange and first they tell me that what they gave me is good etc. And clearly I mean they don't want to change it. Then after I ask for a change of type, they tell me that due to covid they can't make a change!!! They were neither professional nor honest! It was enough to be clear right away! We were regular customers... we won't be anymore!

I went to get an antigenic swab without a reservation, they were courteous and very quick both in carrying out and communicating the result. All the pharmacists are absolutely friendly.

I would like to compliment the Mariani pharmacy... This morning they solved a big problem for me, after 3 doors in my face they helped me! Congratulations for your professionalism and empathy which is very rare nowadays!
