I just stopped by with my psychologist's prescription and was treated particularly rudely by a pharmacist who must have been even younger than me. The professional claimed that the sheet issued by my psychologist was not reliable and did so using a particularly rude tone. In the meantime, an older colleague of his approached and very kindly read the paper saying that the creation of the indicated drug could be carried out by combining the dosage of the two flowers recommended by the psychologist. At that point he moved to the back and together with the girl who was whispering complaints and who then came closer and again rudely asked me: "can it wait?". Once the waiting time was over, the older colleague approached me and apologetically informed me that he had run out of two ingredients and told me that my prescription was VALID, also recommending another pharmacy where I could purchase the drug. A few minutes later I went to the next pharmacy where they very kindly took names to create the drug in question. It was the first time I went to the Marongiu Pharmacy and I will certainly not recommend it and I will not go there again, not because the medicine was not issued to me, but because of the rudeness and antipathy of the young pharmacist. First of all, the recipe was valid, as his colleague confirmed and secondly there is a way to say no to a customer/patient. Always remember that having additional knowledge (which in this case turned out to be incorrect) does not allow you to treat other people who, moreover, pay for your services in a rude and "ignorant" way. Good evening

I have been going to this pharmacy for 47 years, always kind and always ready to give me good advice. I would never change my team of such good and professional doctors and pharmacists.

This morning I was greeted in a very rude way by one of the two pharmacists, so to speak the shorter of the two behind the counter, because I hadn't yet worn the last pair of gloves I had in my bag. I would like to point out that, moreover, the pharmacy does not have gloves for sale as well as not complying with the obligation of sanitizing spray at the entrance for all customers. Dear Madam, the activity should be organized with the availability of all the necessary facilities to observe the safety rules. Furthermore, you evidently ignore the uselessness of wearing gloves since they can already be infected upon entry. For this reason it is mandatory to keep a sanitizing gel at the entrance with which customers can disinfect their hands. Shame on you for the terrible service.

Bad impression... I went to swab the kids, basically the customer has to do the swab and they analyze it, and the drugs are not always delivered by graduate staff
