The staff is extremely helpful and nice.

Courteous, helpful and highly professional staff. I have been using them for years and have found it very good. The only flaw is the parking on the street which is scarce at certain hours. For the rest really highly recommended.

As other people have already written, I called for a swab test and they said an appointment was not necessary. After half an hour of queuing, I presume the owner began with "what do you think you're doing here? Then you understand" complete with finger pointing and everything degenerated with chairs and customers' health cards being thrown around. Shouting aggressively at women, elderly women and a mother with a child followed by the gentleman who was doing the swabs. The latter, however, told the girl before me that he only had time for another swab. After her, and the last one left in line, I was verbally attacked with a lot of insults towards women and moreover racial ones (I was then an adopted girl, and accompanied by my Italian mother). All this just due to a misunderstanding between the staff. Are these the problems in the midst of a pandemic? Lack of professionalism, education, respect and humility. Are they exhausted by this work as they have complained so much? Let them go and do another job, especially if they don't even know how to do it!! TO BE REPORTED!!!
