Negative experience that happened this afternoon I go to get an antibiotic for my 20 month old daughter after consulting with the pediatrician the pharmacist I turn to tells me she can't give it to me because she wants to talk to the pediatrician...absurd in the end she doesn't give it to me being the only pharmacy on duty in Scalea I have to take the car to go to a neighboring town where I purchase it without prescription problems!!! Does this seem right to you? Is it an internal rule? And if it was an emergency I should have called 112? They should examine their consciences So much so that I told the pharmacy that gave me the drug my experience and they were astonished! Very bad experience

In this period in which infections have increased, I have carried out several swabs for the whole family and I must say that the pharmacy turned out to be very professional with a very attentive, precise and scrupulous service. Kindness and helpfulness. Very quick in communications with the various bodies.

Taking a Covid swab at this pharmacy is anything but pleasant. Operators have no graces and graces in using the stick. They stick it in your nose, twisting it quickly and insisting with their hand in a decidedly disrespectful manner. The person subjected to the test comes out with tears in his eyes and with a headache. An indecency.

Very well stocked and helpful pharmacy, but I only give 2 stars because in the absence of products, the sales assistant tells you to come back in the afternoon and tells you to skip the queue. I returned in the afternoon and the same shop assistant told me to queue. Find an agreement.
