The staff is friendly, while the owner thinks more about his interests rather than meeting the customer and finding a solution. Furthermore, the prices are higher than in other pharmacies where, if there is a problem, they will be more professional and faced with a very simple request (exchange an item in perfect condition two hours after purchase due to a problem, and not exchanged ONLY as a "principle") they will think of the customer's good. I definitely won't set foot there again

I call to have an appointment on Monday morning for a PCR test, you ask me for a time, I tell you at 9, I'll arrive on time, but at the entrance you tell me that I have to get in line and wait for my turn. So please, on the phone say: come whenever you want, we'll serve the first one who arrives. This way I avoid organizing my day around an appointment that isn't even taken into consideration.

Every time I have gone to this pharmacy I have always found kindness, attention to my health needs and professionalism. They're the best. Highly recommended!!
