Rudeness and zero professionalism: last night I went to this pharmacy because I needed a veterinary antibiotic, the pharmacist tells me please have a seat, I go to the checkout and starts laughing with my colleague, she moves and goes to another station and after a few minute she tells me to come here, I don't argue, I show the prescription and she tells me that the drug is not available but if I book it it will arrive tomorrow morning, since I live outside Reggio I ask her if it will be available from 9 and she confirms. This morning at 9.10 I'm already at the pharmacy and one of her colleagues tells me that she gave me the wrong information because on Mondays the warehouse delivers at 10, so I decide to stay nearby, at 10.40 I show up again and the delivery still hasn't been made! I then decide to cancel the reservation and fortunately I find the drug available at another pharmacy! Wasted almost 2 hours for nothing!!! This will certainly be a pharmacy I will avoid from now on.

I have gone several times and I must say that I have always found attentive, welcoming and knowledgeable staff at the medicine counter, I cannot say the same thing about the cosmetics department. The place is large with a wide choice but I always find fairly long waiting queues. I still recommend it, excellent pharmacy but could be improved

I really like this pharmacy, it's bright and welcoming just like the staff who work there, who are also professional and kind. My favorite is the homeopathy department where Dr. Lucilla welcomes you and is very knowledgeable and precise in explaining and recommending the right products according to your needs. Thank you Lucilla and thanks to all the pharmacy staff.

I am a regular customer of this pharmacy, the staff is always very kind and willing to listen to the customer's needs. I have often been served by Dr. Clelia Bruno who advised me and helped me best for my problems, a very competent person for me and now a point of reference. A thousand thanks!!
