Competent and helpful people. They don't get lost in chatter and mental whimsy. They know how to support customers, without wasting customers' time. Very helpful, also recommended for those who find themselves inside the Ariosto, because it involves a 10 minute walk, without wasting time with the pharmacy which is inside the CC.
I highly recommend serving you at qs. Pharmacy. Professionalism, kindness and empathy are the characteristics that distinguish them. I have needed advice several times and they have always shown themselves to be helpful and humane. For me they easily exceed 5 stars rating.
I'm trying to call you for urgent information, but no one answers and the call asks me to enter a pin followed by the pound sign! How can I contact you? I would like to know if you do Covid swabs and at what times do you do them?
I performed the COVID swab this morning and the operator was very insensitive, swabs can be performed even more gently.
Trained and very kind staff, the continuous opening hours are convenient for those who have to stop before or after work!
