Well-stocked pharmacy, friendly staff who like to have a chat with the people who go to buy. The climate is nice like the old village shops where everyone knows each other and we talk about this and that, less nice if there are people in the queue and the queue doesn't move forward because we are talking about our own business. He does his duty.
Trusted pharmacy always stocked and very kind!
I called to get the third dose, they told me to come by in the evening. I showed up half an hour early, waited for my turn and had the vaccination done after the usual mandatory formalities. Courteous and helpful staff.
Strange to say but this is how my trusted pharmacy is with Alessandra Merlino and Stefano and Barbara.....my pharmacy since I was a girl, now I'm 65 years old, what can I say 5 stars are not worth 30 stars
Really a good reference point! Kindness, professionalism and also a good welcome. Great willingness to follow your questions and the right flexibility that is often missing in pharmacies. Order, cleanliness and good assortment of parapharmaceuticals too.
