The star was only given to be able to publish the review, because in my opinion you are just thieves. Today, 5/06, with presentation of a prescription with personal tax code, stamp of the San Gerardo di Monza and the doctor's signature issued on 4/06 by the emergency room, it was not accepted. But the drug which must be sold exclusively on prescription was still sold to my mother at full price. Shame on you!

Since I'm giving one star, it's a lot, the lady at the counter attacked me because I had a digital prescription and didn't want to give me the medicine I needed, super rude and super elderly staff not able to deal with the public, zero preparation and dirty and without education! I really have been attacked and I'm not fit to work! I strongly ADVISE to change the staff and qualify them better because they are really terrible and rude!

I called to order a product and the doctor on the phone left me on hold for more than ten minutes to talk to the customers at the counter when she certainly had a colleague who could handle them for her. After ten minutes of listening I put it down. Terrible customer service!

Congratulations to Dr. Alessandra for her preparation and availability. Very busy pharmacy with queue to enter but fast service. Presence of ramps for access and disabled parking in front of the entrance.
