They wouldn't answer my questions or even give me the receipt so I can give it to my insurance!!

I am writing because an unpleasant event happened with the Metalla pharmacy. They prepared some supplements for me and I paid for them immediately with instant bank transfer. They wrote to me that they would arrive within 24_48 hours. After 3 days they don't arrive. I call and they tell me that it's not their fault but the courier's....there was a series of phone calls from me and bounces from them until the supplements arrived after 6 days. But it worries me, and I pointed it out, that on the box it wasn't written to keep the products away from heat and here in Rome the temperatures, especially in the postal buses, reach well over 35 degrees. They tell me that between 25 and 35 degrees they don't get ruined. But they had told me before, in the telephone calls made to the laboratory, that galenic products are kept within 25 degrees and that they should not exceed this... but when I highlighted that in Rome we exceeded 30 degrees, the 25 they told me magically became 35 . Now. I have thyroiditis. And if the dry thyroid sent to me, as I suspect, is not good, I will take something that will unbalance my hormones and this worries me... and it is not right. They must ensure that the goods arrive intact. Don't mess with your health. When asked to re-prepare my supplements, I am told that it takes another 90 euros for refrigerated shipping...but then...is there a need for refrigerated shipping so that the supplements don't get ruined? This raises bigger alarm bells for me.... I had simply asked them to re-prepare them and ensure that delivery took place within 24/48 hours as they also indicated by email at the time of shipment, and that it be written on the packaging, for the use of couriers, that the contents cannot be kept warm and in the sun as these are supplements that fear heat.... this seems to me to be the elementary basis for those who produce and deal with supplements and drugs

The service is truly terrible. Every time when I come there there is some problem and the staff is rude and annoyed. Other pharmacies in the area are much more efficient and don't bother you…

I had a bureaucratic problem and I risked not having my galenical preparation in time. I found very kind and understanding people. They worked hard to set up and ship in a very short time. I publicly thank the laboratory and its collaborators.
