I went for an electrocardiogram: no waiting, results sent to the cardiologist, competent and helpful staff.

Competent staff always ready to help and direct the customer towards the most appropriate treatment. I have always found Passion, kindness, empathy and availability even in a difficult pandemic period like this. Skilled and professional also in carrying out swabs.

The blonde lady has an attitude that in my opinion is unprofessional and irritating. I was about to spend the whole afternoon in the shop for having taken the number from the "activations and cups" section (which I had to do anyway) without ever being called as everyone passed me by. I asked her to intervene but she dismissed me by telling me with a grumpy expression that she didn't know what to do. Seeing this, I left and settled in another pharmacy. It's a shame because I live a few meters away but it's not worth going there to be treated like that.

I went for the end of isolation swab... having called 7 days before to find out the times I went as they said (from 12pm to 3pm without appointment) it was 12.10pm they told me they wouldn't return the numbers until 3pm to leave and come back at 3pm...I explained that I had called and that I was positive and didn't feel like being in contact with people...you need common sense in life it didn't cost them anything to make me stay...I'm I went to another pharmacy and they did it for me straight away. Furthermore, they were rude! Not even there

I give 5 stars to the Mijno pharmacy for the professionalism, availability and competence of the operators who are always ready to follow their customers with the utmost attention. Seeing is believing!
