Very helpful staff, quick service.
Reading out loud the intimate problems of a customer in front of other people without even asking the problem, but reacting even angrily if one asks a question given that the product suggested was not even the one prescribed, I would say makes the pharmacy the last place in the which one to go to if you need it... too bad because I had had a very different impression previously, my mistake.
This morning I went into this pharmacy to buy various drugs and... SURPRISE this evening when I return home and empty the bag I find the eye drop package EMPTY with nothing inside, mostly paid €9.50. Absurd.
A rude and arrogant employee, insensitive to personal issues that can make a customer uncomfortable to the point of talking about it openly in front of other customers without even apologizing.
I have been a customer since July 2019, previously I rarely went there, I had a good time, due to their availability, patience and professionalism, but above all because they make you feel at ease.
