I had a prescription from an italian doctor i saw earliet that day but they would not honor this. Said i needed an original and the mailed one would not suffice. I phoned the doctor and he said they are wrong. I went to another pharmacy who also said that they dont know italian law and happily gave me my medicine. Took me a lot of my vacation time.

It all depends on who you serve: there is a young gentleman who is an extremely kind and courteous person, On the other hand, an elderly gentleman who... well is not like the one just described. I am comforted by the fact that I am not the only one who has had the 'preferential treatment' of the latter. I have no information on competence so I won't expose myself. 🤞

Terrible! Rude and aggressive. I asked him to enter the tax code on the receipt for the deduction after they had already done it for me (they could have entered the tax code without having to ask me since it was written on the forms to take my son's swab but oh well.. .). For goodness' sake, open up...how dare I make such an absurd request! Another objective note... a quick swab costs 35 euros compared to the average of 20 paid in Milan and the notoriously uneconomical Ligurian Riviera.....

I found a group of friendly, helpful and welcoming people just a few steps from my workplace. Many times those who go to the pharmacy do so because they have some problem and feeling welcomed with courtesy and respect certainly makes the difference. If the people you are addressing are also willing to listen to your questions and ready to provide answers, what more do you want?

If I could give -10 stars the review would be perfect. The pharmacy on duty at night didn't let me pay by card because they would have lost "0.40 cents". Apparently they are in very bad shape financially. Obviously I will never go there again. Greetings (obviously I went to Quart's pharmacy)
