The shutters were lowering and they were not closed. I brazenly knocked and they told me it was closed..but for a simple quick call they reopened and delivered the medicine. Never seen such professionalism but above all kindness. Thank you very much, you deserve not 5 but more stars

Staff always very kind, polite and smiling, serious and organized pharmacy. Highly recommended.

I don't give zero stars just because of the friendliness and good manners of the doctor who does the swabs. But inside the pharmacy there is an old harpy with hair dyed blonde, and I don't want to name names but this comment of mine will spread trustworthy Trani even outside of Google, who is the rudest person I've ever seen. As soon as the pharmacy opened I went in for information on swabs and he responded by raising his voice and with an intimidating tone, zero kindness, and thank goodness we are in a pharmacy! Don't worry, little one, life will give you the same treatment, and when I say so, it happens. I will never set foot in your pharmacy again exclusively for this reason, fire certain people who have zero sensitivity towards the customer/patient.
