It's not the case I'm going to explain: I have been using this recently renovated pharmacy for about 3 years and is one of the largest and most well-stocked in the area usually the people at the counter are very kind and helpful, unfortunately I came across an apparently elderly person, perhaps the owner Unfortunately I have to give my cat diuretic injections 3 times a day, after having consumed 40 individually packaged insulin syringes I asked if there was a multiple packaging to save plastic and paper and maybe a little something from an economic point of view, they offered me a pack of 30 syringes ensuring the same quality the only difference was the non-detachable needle....result, saving of 2 euros and low quality syringes with the needle flexing dangerously and the cat which unlike the other times he complained when I pierced him. After consuming 2 out of 30, I brought the syringes back to change them, as they were of a different quality than the one I requested and assured by the pharmacist. The same person, I always assume that it is the owner, who had served me, with extreme arrogance and little professionalism replied to me that no one had ever complained about the syringes, without looking at them and without actually comparing the two types of syringes, where obviously the actual differences would have emerged Result on 28 syringes, she only changed 20, it was a question of principle for me, I lost 8 syringes and I don't understand why, but I'm sure that the lady will definitely resell the two intact packs of 10 pieces. After all the money left in that pharmacy I expected more appropriate and respectful behavior towards the customer, rather I would make sure that my suppliers provide safe and quality products and not 10 euros!! I'm sorry for the other pharmacists who serve customers in this pharmacy who are kind and professional, perhaps the lady who only deals with the economic aspect should stay exclusively at the checkout and not take care of the customers, given that her poor attitude in dealing with people and analyze problems.
