The pharmacy is well stocked, only 2 stars because the staff is not always cooperative. I don't like that dogs are allowed into an environment that should be an example of cleanliness. Personally, I found myself waiting for my turn side by side with a Newfoundland, therefore a dog of considerable size.

I felt bad, I entered and went to the counter to make my request, the employee didn't even greet me and actually even seemed a little annoyed by my presence, I requested a drug and without asking me which version I wanted it and she came back with a syrup, I explained that I don't tolerate syrups or similar things and I kindly asked her for the version in soluble tablets or sachets, she came back with the medicine that she said was correct for my needs, I paid and left, too bad that once I got home I realized that they were sachets of single-dose syrup... I'll change pharmacy, I didn't find kindness, empathy or even attention to the customer's needs... what a shame

So busy talking to each other that they can't even maintain the customer's discretion and privacy. The operator assigned to me even felt like wasting time on unsolicited explanations like "you have to take this once a day, right", as if my doctor hadn't already given me ample explanation on how to take it. I will be very careful not to set foot there again.

Assorted, but little attention to the customer, you can't chat while consulting a list of medications for a customer and consequently not deliver a medication (fortunately he hasn't paid for it, so he didn't actually enter it). I didn't pay attention, today I will have to go to another pharmacy again due to an "oversight" by a pharmacist. More attention.
