After having taken the swab (carried out by the pharmacist while he was looking at his mobile phone) for which I tested positive, I no longer had the opportunity to contact the pharmacy - as the number was busy - to ensure that they sent the report to the Lombardy Ats, responsible for their duty from what the doctor says. On the following day of my swab test, due to the pharmacist's negligence, the ATS did not receive any notification regarding my positive status, and I am unable to report the illness at work.

Because they are cordially accommodating even if sometimes you cause problems and it happens given the times. They rightly frown but then with the right precaution they satisfy you. Thank you

I found an absolute lightness and haste in carrying out the covid swab tests, in fact the test came back negative while a few hours later having done three other swabs, two at home and the third in another pharmacy gave a positive result.
