I found myself going to this pharmacy occasionally and I have never had any problems, but a few days ago, after waiting my turn, the lady at the checkout pretended not to see me to mind her own business for about ten minutes, whereupon I wait. Once the time has passed, she already turns to me with a lot of hatred, I kindly ask her for a drug but I am made fun of, among other things the latter does not even know Italian or specific terminology, but she is keen to mistreat the client or potential such. I am greeted with a 'you don't have to teach me my job', naturally with a lot of "class and elegance". To never again.
Incredibly rude staff: annoyed pharmacist, treated customers badly as we queued up neatly outside, treated me very badly because I asked for information (a pharmacist's job is also to give advice) and even allowed herself to be moral to a boy who had personal problems. There I will never set foot again and the pharmacist should be taken back because apparently this pharmacy is only reviewed negatively and now I understand why.
The pharmacist who served me was very kind and gave me excellent advice, she was patient and friendly. It will become my Milanese reference. Unfortunately, after a year I had to change my opinion downwards: I asked to pay by CARD and the pharmacist did like many crafty shopkeepers and debited the ATM. Damn, is it possible that the commission is such a big problem for a pharmacy?
In the space of four months I tried 5 times to pay with the credit card and the POS terminal never worked. This morning after having used the card for payments in 3 different shops I still try to pay with the card but... ... IT DOESN'T WORK... TOH . Then the person in charge (doctor?) with incredible arrogance tells me as if I were a miserable beggar who doesn't want to pay "no problem, I'll put the money there" and adds arrogantly: if the ATM doesn't work it's not my fault . But in short, is it possible that in 4 months the payment with the POS has never worked? Furthermore, it is required by law that credit card payments are accepted in all commercial establishments without exceptions.
Rudeness reigns supreme, I understand the health crisis but information cannot be denied. There's no point in answering rudely, it's your job, do it with decency and professionalism. Not recommended
