I stock up on the Lloyds group because you accumulate points and discounts by purchasing parapharmaceuticals, which unfortunately often happens to me, even if they are always more expensive than online purchases (I know that Amazon is known for exploiting staff, so to preserve my finances and be conscientious I go a little from them and a little online). I only happened to find a rude girl once, the other times I was served by two guys and another girl: friendly, nice, helpful and willing to talk!

Even today I went to this pharmacy to undergo the rapid swab (I have been doing it in this pharmacy for about a month and countless times in others), I have never had any problems, some were very delicate, others more invasive but at the at most they caused me a slight annoyance. Today I felt unspeakable pain, I've had a headache since 4pm and I bleed every now and then. Never had to deal with such a material and rude nurse. I have booked swabs until the end of the month but if I ever come across her again at the pharmacy I won't take the swab even if they give it to me as a gift.

Very rude and incompetent staff. The pharmacist's instructions were completely different from what was reported in the leaflet. The drug, dear, recommended by the pharmacist did not work. There are other pharmacies nearby. I'll address those.
