I booked on the Lloyd's app for the free blood sugar testing initiative. The reservations were made on April 8th, for the appointment on April 12th, at 9:00 and 9:10. Confirmation email received on the same day of booking (8 April). On April 12th, we showed up at the pharmacy and the lady told us that she cannot do the glycemic test. For reason, she told us she can't look at blood, because it makes her faint. I explained that the test was booked and confirmed but she didn't care, she told us to go and get it done at another Lloyd pharmacy which was close enough. I explained that the free test booking could only be used at Lloyds Lessona Pharmacy (there were no other booking options). He told us to "come back tomorrow". Given that this test requires a complete fast which we have already done for this day, and the booking has been confirmed, it is absolutely incredible that the Pharmacist behaves like this. A complete waste of time and a very bad and annoying experience.

I found a lot of helpfulness and courtesy from all the staff. Special thanks to Dr. Antonio for his immense patience.
