I am a regular customer of the pharmacy in Via Petrocchi - 35 NOW I'm here very good with the pharmacist, who is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Even with the lady collaborator who solved my skin problem with her advice I highly recommend CHE DIRE. ...- OPTIMAL !!

Excellent experience compared to other more central chaotic and disorganized pharmacies, here I am served with much more celebrities without waiting in endless queues. Plus I can shop at my own pace without going in a hurry. The new Director is also friendly and gives excellent advice.

I stood outside at this pharmacy for 25 minutes, in the 11am sun, waiting for my turn. While waiting, three people, including 2 elderly people, had to leave because the heat started to become suffocating. While recognizing that there are covid regulations that must be complied with, I pointed out to the doctor present inside that there are still compromises and that we could have at least thought of putting up a tent outside to protect, above all, elderly people and children from the sun. I received a uniquely rude response. The "doctor", a boy probably just out of university, "had neither the desire nor the time to discuss it". Shocked, I leave the place with a bad taste in my mouth. According to some, this pandemic should have made us better, but I am only seeing worsening. Stay away!

Unfortunately today the usual doctors were not present, they were very good, there was a replacement around 3.30pm. Imporri total 4.00pm didn't have change, I went to the shop next door, but the problem is that when he didn't have change he replied "LEAVE THE MEDICINE HERE IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER WAY TO PAY" I won't comment because we are in a pharmacy and there is no way we can give such an answer.
