Friendly and kind staff!

The unprecedented rudeness of the staff, the director responds badly and raises her voice, it is not the first time, in fact it embarrasses the customers. He even chases people away. Shameful.

I had the opportunity to visit Lloyds Pharmacy in Milan and I have to say that it was a somewhat disappointing experience. Staff who seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves rather than assisting customers. Rude and disrespectful, they start shouting over trivial things. I would rather recommend the branch in Piazza De Angeli.

If you want the thing that costs the most and that works little or nothing, I recommend this pharmacy. Very disappointed

The pharmacy is well stocked, the staff gives competent instructions, but the wait is really too long. I go there often, but whether on weekends or weekdays, there is always a queue up to the door, which the staff, in order to dispose of as quickly as possible, is reduced to liquidating with quick and hasty responses, which give the appearance of not being polite. . An issue that can be resolved, with advice, by adding an extra person, given that there are four counters and at most two are open - especially in this period, in which some people are busy with Christmas thoughts, blocking the queue for more than twenty minutes, as happened today.
