Perfect service!

My evaluation is positive, every time I call to find out the availability of medicines and possibly order them they have always been kind and efficient. Furthermore, the pharmacy is always open. I read comments complaining about the character of pharmacists, I honestly don't care about their character but that the pharmacy is stocked and the drugs are available quickly.

To be avoided. I went to this pharmacy for a nasal decongestant and I was sold a purely soothing cream for decongestant at €14 (average online price of the same cream €9). It seemed strange to me that a cream could also decongest, but the girl who served me, very annoyed and while muttering some chewing gum, told me that she had nothing else. Zero competence and friendliness.

My boyfriend is a hypochondriac and I always have to accompany him to all the pharmacies. Since he moved to Porta Venezia, he finally feels safe and is able to feel calm without stressing out the various pharmacists. Congratulations to the girl from Bergamo who, among other very good people, always manages to make him go home peacefully. Very honest and professional.

Terrible service. Completely disinterested staff. They immediately try to sell you products like Avene and Laroche Posay that do NOTHING, without even listening to what conditions you have, because they only think about money. (For context, I took my boyfriend to several pharmacies for a hand problem, and these guys didn't even look at him when we asked for advice! The drugs we got at other places were real drugs, not the s**t. rda who try to sell you here!) There are some wonderful other pharmacies in the area with professional and caring staff... but here they only think of one thing. TO AVOID!
