TOO EXPENSIVE AND ALSO ABSURD! A drug that the normal price ranges from 7 to 11€ SELLS for the sum of 17.50€. A pharmacy that doesn't know how to earn customers, NEVER AGAIN I HOPE SO MUCH THEY CLOSE!

Rude, aggressive and threatening staff. I'm still shaken by what just happened. I have been a customer of this pharmacy for years, and I never thought I would find myself in such a situation. Today, for the first time, I found myself in front of a young, clean-shaven pharmacist, completely different from the staff I usually meet. From the first greeting, I perceived a cold and suspicious air. For no apparent reason, he began questioning me in a passive-aggressive tone, asking if the drug I have always taken, bacterial lysate, had actually been prescribed to me. It made me feel like I was a liar or, even worse, a bad guy. I tried to explain that I had the recipe at home, and that I could return with it if necessary. But it became clear that his goal was not to gain validation, but rather to humiliate a loyal customer, perhaps to vent his accumulated frustration on me, jeopardizing the reputation of such an established pharmacy. Still upset, I feel compelled to warn others. A few steps away, in via Caboto, there is another pharmacy where respect and professionalism are the order of the day. After such an experience, I think it will be my new destination. It's really a shame how the tension and arrogance of a single person can cast shadows on an entire business and on the good name of an established brand like Lloyds 😟

I went there on Saturday afternoon for eye drops which, at the terminal, were available. The pharmacist was courteous and worked hard but... She couldn't find it! He suggested I order it but I needed it so I gave up. It has never happened that we were unable to find a drug that the terminal says is available (in multiple packs) because, as admitted by the warehouse worker, it was placed by mistake "who knows where".
