Rude and unsympathetic. I waited patiently for my turn, even though one of the two doctors was simply talking to a cosmetics representative. When my turn came, I couldn't take the medicine I needed for my dog ​​(who takes it every day and for his entire life for his thyroid) because they asked me to bring a new prescription. I asked for the courtesy of bringing the prescription later the same day and in the meantime being able to order the medicine. They didn't trust me and so I had to go to another pharmacy, where, having explained the urgency, I was able to place my order and then bring the vet's prescription.

I have been a customer of the Washington Pharmacy for several years. I find myself very well, both in terms of the professionalism of the staff and the courtesy and kindness. I underwent 2 swabs and I thank Dr. Nappi, super good, precise and delicate. Waiting for the result soon! Although there are several pharmacies in the area, this is the best!

I went several times for different things, they were always very kind. Plus, they were also great with the COVID swab (I've done several, and they had one of the kindest hands so far).
