I deliberately asked for the name of the person who served me so I could publicly compliment them. Dr. Moreno is a very knowledgeable person, of rare kindness and who knows how to give the best advice. Personally, it solved a problem that I had been having for months thanks to incorrect advice from other pharmacists. Reading the reviews I found an absolutely unpleasant and offensive comment towards Dr. Moreno. The fact of dedicating yourself to the customer by spending an extra minute to understand the real needs does not mean wasting time. The rest of the review isn't even commentable.

Unfortunately the connection is terrible this morning at 8am opening time the phone was already on hold I tried for 2 hours, I had to go to another pharmacy to order cardiac medicine who still answer even if they have people, they tell me to wait it's true, but not to stay any longer 2 hours on the phone, I'm really sorry, for the rest I congratulate the kind staff.

Unfortunately only two stars, the reason is that there is an employee, a chubby boy with long hair, full of rings and leather bracelets, who leaves a lot to be desired in terms of order, cleanliness and presentability, especially behind a counter a pharmacy, which is unbearable. Slow, very slow, he doesn't know how to use the cash register or computer, he makes mistakes every single time, wasting a lot of time and causing a very long queue to form on the sidewalk. Furthermore, he gets lost in chatting with EVERYONE, but not for 5 minutes, maybe, today he spent half an hour talking, with two elderly women, as if he were a doctor visiting, regardless of the queue that was forming and his colleague in difficulty. Then he also kept his colleague in the warehouse to tell her, leaving the counter empty. People who snort and get nervous and calmly go on chatting! If he's in there, I'll change pharmacy from today. For the rest everything was fantastic.

I am a regular customer and I feel very comfortable in this pharmacy, everyone is very kind, competent and professional... I think I am the customer with whom the doctor with the long hair stopped to talk "more than necessary" but they had just discharged my husband from the hospital and I needed some advice which was very helpful.

It is now impossible to go to this pharmacy, which under the previous management was a jewel. Incompetent, rude and slow like sloths. No stars.very bad
