I went into the pharmacy to pay for a prescription. The pharmacist was incredibly rude, I asked him if I could pay at first, she was busy and replied that she would call her son, I waited 10 minutes and the son didn't arrive, nothing, my turn arrived and I told him if I could pay and he replied that I had to wait for my colleague who was very busy in the meantime. I politely told him that I had limited time because I had to go to work and she replied with such arrogance and rudeness that those weren't his problems. it wasn't a post office and if I didn't want to wait I went to the post office what I say is a customer who kindly asks you when their turn arrives that it would take her to take the place of her colleague who in any case was only taking medicines with prescriptions at this point if in my place there was a pregnant woman this would have been behavior of a “doctor” Without empathy and education I repeat

The pharmacy in question has been my trusted pharmacy since 2010. Yesterday I couldn't write a thank you SMS due to too much emotion, I cried in the pharmacy with joy. Professionals of Great Humanity with Great Heart and Soul work in this pharmacy. Yesterday they prepared a huge package for me for our Ukrainian Soldiers who protect not only Ukraine but everyone's peace and tranquility. Thank you so much for your great help---- from all the people of Ukraine, from our Mothers, from our Soldiers who bow to you. PEACE TO YOU AND YOUR DEARS.

I have always found great availability and courtesy from all the staff. Everyone is very well trained, they always welcome you with a smile
