I was here this morning to get nasal spray and something for my cough. Superficially very friendly staff, but when I couldn't describe my symptoms perfectly in English, the 2 young women behind the counter made fun of me - "Tedeski" and laughter and other unfriendly comments in Italian... I had that too understood. It was unprofessional that I was not given a short recommendation for use in English for the cough syrup that was sold. Luckily, my Italian is enough to read the package insert. I can expect good English from a pharmacist, but when it comes to customers I have to be prepared for the fact that it is not possible to describe medicine perfectly in English... and that sometimes the words are at a loss. A little more empathy would be desirable. But thanks for the cough syrup, it helps.

I go to get a swab, I fill out the form and I wait under the sun in this great heat because unfortunately there is no shelter, they tell me that they are about to arrive to make me pay and then do the swab. Before me and after me there are other people who like me are waiting under the sun.... So we wait over 20 minutes, after which I went to a laboratory where I only waited for the result. It should be noted that the pharmacy was not crowded, the staff was present to attend to everyone except us. It was just a waste of time.
