I'm stunned; unfortunately I encountered a rude attitude to say the least. I was charged 15.90 due to an error by their operator (they charged me for a product, which was free). I'll be back the next day with the receipt. "Yes, sorry, I didn't know it was free" they reply. But I'm not there to argue. I want the amount back. They offer me a voucher and I rightly refuse it: I want the money that was charged to me by mistake. After a controversy they gave me back the amount saying: "it's the last time, next time it won't be like this". Sorry, next time you make a mistake again won't you give your money back? I did not understand. In short, I try to explain to him that by giving me my money back it's not like they're doing me a huge favor. I hear the answer behind my back: "but yes". So, rude, arrogant...Instead of apologizing they were trying to convince me that they are doing me a favor, with the whole line of people waiting. Plus incompetent: they don't know about promotions. Check the receipt. Or rather, avoid it.

The doctors are courteous and competent. Everything that cannot be found immediately can be booked and arrives in a very short time. They offer many services. Advised
