Farmacia Nigri Snc di Nigri M.

I have been a customer of the Nigri pharmacy in San Martino for a long time. Doctor Sara followed me today, very kind, helpful, professional/competent. I congratulate the pharmacy owner for hiring her.

I had kindly asked if it was possible to prepare a significant series of drugs ordered by the Doctor for my multi-invalid father-in-law, an operation which takes at least 15 minutes because my wife would be coming by shortly after a long and exhausting night of work, but not only did they not prepared, but they also made her wait longer than normal, and in ways that were, let's say, not polite. The thing that made me write this negative review is that they were aware of the matter and promised me that they would do it immediately, but even when my wife entered they didn't do it immediately, the pharmacy was empty except for one customer who purchased only one medicine, and chatted among themselves about trivial things. My wife was exhausted because some major inconveniences had occurred during the night shift and they were aware of the discomfort she was in, but they were careful not to comply with what they promised, never again

When asked for a swab, I had to endure 5 minutes of completely useless questions. In the end, they dismissed me by saying "we can't do it to her but only to those who work"... but have we really gone crazy? I was seriously tempted to call the police, but in the end I decided to abandon it and went to another pharmacy. It is clear that their goal is to spend their time on more convenient tasks, such as selling medicines. My trust has been irreparably compromised, and I will never set foot in their house again, not even for an aspirin.

Unfortunately I had the opportunity to deal with a rude and unsympathetic employee. I requested a service that they should provide to access a hospital facility on the same day, i.e. a rapid unhygienic swab. With great rudeness I was denied because there was a queue of about 6 people who needed a service in the pharmacy. Unfortunately, the swab could not be programmed in advance because it requires validity within 48 hours prior to entering the facility.

Excellent pharmacy in the center of San Martino. Good hotel. Very kind and prepared staff. The pharmacy is quite large and there are various counters to serve multiple customers at the same time. It's a shame because it's located right on State Road 11 and doesn't have a reserved car park. Everything else was ok, I will definitely return.
