Give one star because I can't give less. They are thieves. People go there because they are sick, not to have fun. I paid Natalben €55 instead of €40 the price of other pharmacies. Instead, the DAV wanted to make me pay €27.95 instead of €21 max in other pharmacies.
Large pharmacy unfortunately out of stock of the most common products
I'm only giving one star because I'm good. I review the beauty center of the pharmacy in question. I bought a voucher for a targeted facial aesthetic treatment for my mother, she fell ill with sciatica due to the release of a herniated disc approximately 4 days after I bought the voucher which had a duration of 3 months. For good reasons, after an operation with a prognosis until January 31st and an obligation to rest for the following month, she was unable to show up. I was denied an extension due to internal rules, I think it's ridiculous, I understand, but with justified reason they also move the hearings to court.
I went to get a swab that I needed for recovery, but the registration clerk (a not young man) treated both the people before me and me badly. I consider him a real rude person. I didn't take the swab and thank goodness, since as soon as I left I received the Green Pass. But still I would have gone to the ends of the earth rather than return to him in the afternoon. Nothing to complain about at the counter.
I can't help but add myself to the ranks of dissatisfied people. I order an urgent medicine for me which, according to the pharmacist, must arrive from the hospital, I send my wife to collect it who runs into a superficial employee who delivers a completely different product from another customer. I noticed this after opening it and taking one, (since the name was written on the prescription delivered) as they did not correspond to the quantity of the one prescribed for me. When the owner was asked for explanations, he justified himself with arrogance and presumption by saying that mistakes happen, that they have a lot to do, if I wanted to take his place I would perhaps manage it better than him, apologizing only at the end. It happens that you make a mistake, but the humility in admitting it by immediately apologizing and trying to support the customer and not minimizing what happened would have paid more and not lost a customer and caused him to leave negative feedback. After all, we are talking about drugs, even potentially harmful ones, not sweets or toys.
