I asked for blood pressure measurement, the answer was that due to Covid issues it is not possible. I went to other pharmacies and didn't have any problems. At the Bassano pharmacy I explained the fact and the answers I received from the staff at the pharmacy in via Bologna, well! They told me that there is no reason or denial to check blood pressure, much less for Covid reasons. Therefore, I consider the pharmacy in via Bologna to be very unprofessional and absolutely rude, especially from their youngest employee who appears to be very rude with a grumpy and irreverent behavior. This pharmacy operates more for business on swabs than for professionalism. Let's say that for more than 2 years they have benefited economically from Covid. I will take action as soon as possible to report the matter to the relevant health authorities and then we will see.

They discriminate against customers based on what they buy and I wasn't given a receipt, I have one near home but I avoid going there because I don't like their ways at all, not everyone's, the youngest a braggart, if I can I'll go elsewhere, I'll go there if I really have no alternatives

Large space, friendly, competent and helpful staff. Also very well stocked with health, hygiene and body care products. Not wheelchair accessible.

Their kindness, professionalism and availability are their strong points. Thank you
