It had never happened to me to be gratuitously insulted by a business owner. In some part of her head the doctor must have thought that, for whatever reason, it was a good idea to tell me "not to be a pain in the ass" and to leave just because I didn't want to tell her my card PIN. - the terminal was inside, obviously without the possibility of being moved, and I was at the window, as is done when you go to the pharmacies on duty in the evening/night and I couldn't go in, at least so it seems, because I didn't in time to find out since I only received an unjustified violent reaction, - and what's more after having tried in vain to explain to the lady the obvious, i.e. that the PIN is personal and that I wouldn't have given it to her (I was ready to pay in cash without causing inconvenience to anyone), I even saw the aforementioned window slammed in my face with a sharp reaction "then go somewhere else and don't bother me". I'm shocked. I begged the doctor to reopen the window, I would have more than willingly left and spent my money somewhere else but the reason I was there was because my 2 year old was sick with an infection right there Easter evening and the pharmacies in my area were all closed. I was therefore the person absolutely least willing to "bust your asses" or waste time. In all this absurd encounter with this person I never allowed myself to raise my voice, insult or offend in any way, yet the lady felt entitled to attack me. After having served me badly, I wanted to reply again that I did not disrespect her. Answer: "Look, I've been here for 48 hours" - which I find impossible to say the least and which, even if it were true, wouldn't give you the right to treat a customer in that way, just for refusing to give you his card PIN. Crazy. Let me tell you, she's really rude, she really made me feel terrible. I wish you with all my heart to change jobs and find a way to be happy in life because evidently in this situation you are not. Ps. Everything I wrote is the truth, I challenge you to say otherwise, you would also be a liar as well as a rude person. Pps. I give you the opportunity to apologize if you want, I have deep respect for those who admit their mistakes. Surprise me. Find me as 4ndrea Turr1ni1 Musician and Music Teacher in Lonato.
