Tried to tell me that what was written on my prescription doesn't exist (then why did my specialist doctor prescribe it, and why can I find multiple products in Italy like it when I search for it?). Besides that, I don't think any self-respecting pharmacy should be selling pseudoscientific homeopathy "cures".
They got the prescription wrong and refused to fix it. They gave the wrong dose, which could have been very dangerous! Avoid!
I went to this pharmacy to get some pharmaceutical products......a blonde girl with glasses served me. It seemed like she didn't even speak Italian, I had to repeat things to her several times before she understood. Arrogant, prevaricating, without any empathy and zero desire to work. I hope that this review will be read and taken into consideration so that serious action will be taken on the matter. Good day.
Courteous and professional. The pharmacy offers various services and has a slide at the entrance. Furthermore, the proximity to the supermarket gives the possibility of easy parking.
Simply incompetent if it takes 5 years of study to give the wrong drug See you tomorrow morning!
