Very nice service of human& pets farmecia

They recommended this pharmacy to me for its veterinary specialization and for the efficiency in obtaining medicines. Never has the advice been more spot on, they are really very kind (even on the phone, which is very rare for any point of sale and even more so for a pharmacy) and they brilliantly solved my problem (veterinary medicine unavailable for weeks). From now on I will also recommend this pharmacy, but not only for veterinary products.

Excellent well-stocked pharmacy with friendly staff.

Among the local pharmacies I had chosen it for the friendliness and kindness of the doctors, despite a certain slowness. But today's experience left me very sad. The doctor who served me first made a mistake with the bill by counting the same product twice (and it can happen), but then once the receipt was issued she justified having given me a drug - without offering me the generic and making me pay a co-pay and surcharge - with the fact that the name of the drug is indicated on the prescription. But of course it is (it is by law!) Too bad that the active ingredient is indicated first and then the same ingredient is repeated as generic. You won me over as a customer because another pharmacy had done the same thing a couple of years ago. Now for the same reason you lose me.
