Historic pharmacy in the center of Oneglia. The staff is not inclined to give advice and or explain necessary things when it comes to medications. Little courtesy. I asked for a medicine that they didn't have, I asked if and when it could arrive. They replied that they didn't have it and didn't know when it would arrive in a rude manner.
I gave one star but less, maybe even too much!!! I join in, confirming in turn what Lunghi Elisa expressed. And I'm sure that rudeness hides incompetence, otherwise answers like "he should have thought of getting sick before 8pm" I can't explain. Attention!!!..don't ever allow yourself to disturb the pharmacist (because he is not a doctor) on duty
It's the third time in a month. I buy medicines, and they make me pay more than what is priced in the box (. Clearly visible. I wonder how you can do something like this??? Where is Finance??? They deserve 10 stars below zero x 17 cents in they don't get rich anymore. I certainly don't get any more pissed off
We come most often. Sufficient expert staff and almost never too long a queue. Follow the practice to replace more expensive brands with less expensive ones, as indicated by the doctor.
