I called to ask if they had a drug available, a gentleman answered and told me to wait while he checked if they had it but instead of checking he started talking to someone else at the counter. After a minute or two in which he continues to talk to others he turns to his colleague and says to her verbatim "look here, there's someone who wants something". At that point a lady picks up the phone and annoyedly asks me what I want... excellent service from everyone

Excellent pharmacy, very helpful staff who assist and recommend the products available to them based on the customer's needs or if they can send them to collect within 1-2 days. Very happy to serve them.

I'm not from Padua but I come here often for family reasons. Every time I needed medicines, even those of a certain importance for me, I found attention and competence.
