The kindness and competence of the staff cannot be discussed. The part that left me perplexed is the way the swabs are managed. First of all, the withdrawals are carried out outside the premises and to groups of people. The nurse passes between people and SLIGHTLY swipes the swab inside the nose, asking the name of each of the swabbed clients. I immediately wondered how it was possible not to make a mistake in such a condition. I got the sense of a money making process more than a place where they try to provide SERIOUS service to the customer and community. Unfortunately my experience was negative and not to be repeated.
