Farmacia Nuova Farmacia di Bruna Mondino & C. S.n.c.

I was in this pharmacy yesterday and this morning.. If you are not capable of working with the public, do something else.. I waited 20 minutes for something that was already supposed to arrive yesterday, in addition to the delay I had already paid for it, and what's more three employees were happily minding their own business while 3 people, I underline customers, were waiting for the convenience of the three... to the Lord in front of me, the employee, one might say threw the diapers making them fall to the floor... And no excuse is there the gentleman was told (I underline that it was the youngest employee).. The only one who survives is the lady in front of the entrance.. If you don't like working with the public, take up gardening.

Kindness is what is missing. Saying hello doesn't cost anything, saying thank you please.. It makes you tired. Congratulations . Not recommended

I've gone several times but never find anything. Always everything to order. Absolutely unaware. A smile? Not even if you pray. Not recommended.

I gave 5 stars because it is an excellent pharmacy, with friendly and qualified staff, and with a wide range of products. It's hard to find fault with it! I highly recommend it

Not a formidable, efficient and well-stocked two-person pharmacy, the staff is very helpful and polite. I highly recommend it
