My husband who speaks Italian went in and asked why they didn’t offer the generic version. They just shrugged and offered the generic version to him. Do yourself a favour and go to a more honest pharmacy! It’s not the first time they have tried this.

Entering the pharmacy to purchase I realize that the attitude perceived on the phone is confirmed. Not a smile and very seriously not even the slightest explanation on its use. Receipt and bag delivered, barely even a greeting and the young pharmacist goes away to the back office before I even leave the pharmacy. Attention to service is essential if you want to keep your customers close.
