Unfortunately, the still temporary position of the new roundabout penalizes parking, even if there are safe parking options nearby.

Courtesy and maximum availability even when I went there to get swabs two or three times a week. Unfortunately, the new roundabout created next to the business has led to the elimination of the nearby paid parking.

In this period of Covid pwd me this is the most efficient and organized pharmacy in Lecco. You can take quick swabs even without a reservation and in complete safety because you remain outside the building. In other pharmacies, however, you have to wait days or weeks before being able to take a swab and they do not offer the possibility of queuing without an appointment for the most urgent cases, as the Pontiggia pharmacy does. The staff at both the pharmacy and the swabs are always friendly and helpful. Thank you for the commitment you have made to us!

I already knew her but I had the opportunity to evaluate her professionalism and courtesy during the Covid period. I live 30 km from my father so I arranged with the GP to send me his repeatable medicines via email. When I contacted them by telephone they immediately made themselves available to deliver the medicines to my father (80 years old) directly at home at no additional cost. Ready to receive requests via WhatsApp, to tell me availability, give me the amount to organize the payment and any change or if necessary even accept the debit card. They have always been punctual in delivery giving me the opportunity to support my family even if from a distance. I thank them infinitely.
